You’ll work together to provide youth with enriching educational opportunities and ensure alignment with state standards.
- Evaluate Program Success: Monitor and assess program effectiveness by evaluating performance against established goals. Your leadership will be key to driving continuous improvement and keeping the programs fresh, engaging, and impactful.
- Recruit and Lead a Dynamic Team: You’ll have the opportunity to recruit, train, and supervise a team of AmeriCorps members, student staff, and over 60 college student volunteer tutors who are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
- Create a Lasting Impact: Through your leadership, you will synchronize tutoring programs with school performance standards, fostering academic success and confidence in every student who participates in the RCLC-NDCIL youth programs.
Why This Role is Exciting:
- Make a Difference: Be part of a mission-driven organization where your work directly impacts the educational and personal growth of local youth. You’ll be instrumental in helping students thrive academically, socially, and creatively.
- Collaborate with the Best: Join forces with Notre Dame’s talented and driven student body, community partners, and university staff to create unforgettable learning experiences for South Bend’s youth.
- Lead with Purpose: As the RCLC-NDCIL Program Coordinator, you will have the autonomy to bring your vision to life, all while being supported by a passionate team and the resources of a world-class institution.
If you’re a motivated leader who thrives on building community, developing innovative educational programs, and inspiring the next generation, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Come help us create a brighter future for the youth of South Bend!
